All of our products are categorized under one of five condition types. The conditions are as follows:
New & Never Opened
Items are sealed in the original manufacturer's packaging and will include all parts/accessories that the manufacturer has included in the box. These items will look just the way you'd see them in a retail store.
Visible Box Damage
Items given this condition code are new inside the orginial manufacturer's packaging. The package is factory sealed, but may show wear, small tears and/or dents that are nonthreatening to the functionality of the product within. All parts/acessories provided by the manufacturer will be included.
Refurbished Grade A
Items have been inspected cosmetically, thoroughly tested and restored* to fully functioning units with original factory settings. These items are shipped in the original packaging when possible, but we may repackage items when the original box is not suitable for shipment. There may be evidence of minor use such as a small scuff mark/scratch outside the viewing area. Refurbished items are very similar to new items, just with a better price! Nobetterdeal.com is currently offering a 60 Day Return Policy for these items. If you are not 100% satisfied, just send it back.

Opened & Resealed Box
These items are taken out of the box and tested to ensure functionality and should work like new. Unlike refurbished items, open box items are not repaired in any way. In most cases, these items are shipped in the original manufacturer's packaging, but the box was opened previously so it may be slightly worn in appearance and will be re-taped. There may be evidence of minor use such as a small scuff mark/scratch outside the viewing area. Since a portion of our open box items were customer returns, it is possible that some accessories may be missing from the box.
Scratch & Dent
These items are not tested or powered on to ensure functionality; however, the vast majority is fully functional. Scratch & Dent items may have scratches, minor defects, or missing components and accessories. This is reflected in the deeply discounted price for these items. Scratch & Dent items may be returned if they do not work properly upon receipt and the customer will not be charged a restocking fee.
*All products labeled "Refurbished" have undergone extensive testing and cleaning. The majority of these items are determined "No Fault Found" after initial testing meaning that the unit is in perfect working order and no repair/refurbishment is needed.
Items are either posted for Shipping or Pick Up, following are the policies for both.
Customers must pick up items directly, or contact us to get a carrier rate.
Pick Up Conditions:
Customer Pick Up
- Contact us to schedule a Pick Up date and time and supply us with the name of the person picking up the item.
- Pick Up date must be 48 HOURS after the date that payment clears.
- Pick Up date must be scheduled WITHIN THREE DAYS of the date payment clears. If we do not hear from you within three days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment.
- Any order paid for on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday WILL NOT be ready for Pick Up until the following Tuesday.
- Pick Up will be available by appointment only Mon-Fri from 9:00am to 3:30pm. The warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays.
- Before the merchandise is released, we will ask for photo identification and copies of both the GENCO payment confirmation and Pick Up confirmation emails.
- A $6.95 handling fee will be incurred upon check out for each pick up item.
Carrier Pick Up
- Contact us to get your shipping rate.
- Shipping fees must be paid WITHIN THREE DAYS of the date payment clears. If we do not hear from you within the three days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment, minus the handling fee.
- Once the shipping fee is paid, the Pick Up date will be scheduled 24 - 48 hours after the date payment clears.
- Pick Up will be scheduled Mon-Fri from 9:00am to 3:30pm. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays.
**Note: Shipping fees will not be reimbursed for shipment refusals.
- We ship all orders within three business days after your payment clears.
- Our warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays.
- All orders ship via UPS ground unless otherwise stated in the listing.
- We only ship to locations within the contiguous United States (48 mainland states)
- We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- We DO NOT combine shipments for multiple purchases.
- Items that are marked as shippable cannot be changed to pickup
Home Delivery Service
We offer home delivery service through a carrier called CEVA. We found that larger items require a higher degree of delicacy during shipment in order to avoid damage. CEVA offers the Perfect Delivery concept, assuring delicate handling of your product and respect for your property. They offer different service levels, according to your preference:
Delivery to the home by appointment. CEVA will take every precaution to protect your item from the weather by placing it in the closest dry area (porch, garage, door dwelling, etc.).
Additional fees apply. Please contact us for pricing. Delivery to the room of choice by appointment. Your item will be delivered via two-man delivery inside your residence to your room of choice, but no more than one flight of stairs from entrance.
White Glove Service:
Additional fees apply. Please contact us for pricing. Delivery to the room of choice by appointment with additional in-home services. Your item will be delivered via two-man delivery inside your residence to your room of choice, but no more than one flight of stairs from entrance. Additional services include unpacking, packing removal, light assembly, installation/set-up and instructions.

If you receive a damaged/defective/incorrect item or an item that was listed incorrectly (not in the condition that it was listed as), please contact customer service to arrange for your merchandise to be returned to us for a full refund or for an exchange, when available. Please note that we will not charge a restocking fee for any item that is returned due to damage, improper functionality or incorrect shipment. Also, shipping will be refunded to you and NoBetterDeal.com will cover the cost of return shipping.
If you would like to return your merchandise for any other reason*, please notify customer service within 30 days of the date the product was received. NoBetterDeal.com may charge a 15% restocking fee for the return/exchange of the item and will refund all other costs minus shipping.
Our NEW! Return Policy for Refurbished Products extends the return policy window to 60 Days! Please contact customer service within 60 days of the date the item was received to arrange for return pick up or an exchange.
If you have purchased a Pick-Up Item, please inspect the item carefully before leaving the warehouse. If you need to return a pick-up item, please contact customer service for a Return Authorization Form before taking the product back to the warehouse.
Nobetterdeal.com currently offers the option to purchase a 2 or 3 year extended warranty on certain items. Please note that the warranty MUST be purchased at the time of checkout; warranties CANNOT BE ADDED to an item after purchase. If a warranty is not purchased, the standard 30 day (or 60 day refurbished) return policy will apply.

* Reasons for returning merchandise other than damage, defect, incorrect shipment or incorrect condition may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer will be refunded all remaining costs minus shipping. Refunds/Exchanges will not be issued until the original merchandise has been returned to the warehouse and has been inspected by facility personnel. All refunds will be issued in the form of payment used to make the purchase. Once the 30 day return window has passed, we will not extend exchange/refund privileges.
Return Policy & Warranty Information for Refurbished Craftsman Tools
Refurbished Craftsman products may not come with the Owners / Instruction manual. Manuals are available to download at www.managemylife.com and / or order from www.partsdirect.com. Refurbished Craftsman products may not include original accessories that are listed on the original Manual.

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your refurbished purchase. If you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase to the location that sent it (not your local Sears store) in its original packaging, with your original receipt/email confirmation within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund or exchange. After 30 days only exchanges will be made for the identical item or a substantially similar item of equal value.
- Replacement products obtained in an exchange transaction will only be exchanged and are not refund eligible
- Where applicable, all refunds will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If you are using a box to ship your return items, make every effort to use a new one. A box loses its original protective qualities over time and may not adequately protect your shipment if it has been previously used. If you must reuse a box, make sure it is rigid enough to withstand shipping and free of punctures, tears, rips and corner damage. Box flaps should be intact. Any old labels or other markings should be removed or covered.
To close a box securely, do not use masking tape, cellophane tape, duct tape, string or paper overwrap. Use strong, thick tape that is two or more inches in width. Apply three strips to both the top and bottom box flaps so that the middle and two edge seams are properly sealed.
Place the shipping label on the top of your package. To prevent confusion, place only one address label on your package and include your return receipt and Return Authorization Number inside. Do not put any labels over edge seams, closures or on top of sealing tape. Remove or cross out old labels or markings on a used box.
If you have received an incorrect item, defective item, or would like to return, exchange or request a warranty replacement or warranty repair then please follow the steps listed below:
- Contact us at NBDCSERV@GENCO.COM or call 1-800-224-3141, ext. 3731 for a Return Authorization. Please have your PO number available when calling or include your PO number in any correspondence.
- Do not send any product back without getting a Return Authorization first.
- Product purchased from NoBetterDeal.com may not be returned to a Sears Retail store.
- Once a Return Authorization has been received, package your item appropriately to eliminate damage and mail your item to the address provided with your Return Authorization. Clearly write your name, address and Return Authorization number on the package.

Craftsman Refurbished Item Warranty Information
Sears warrants to the original purchaser that each refurbished item shall be free from defective material and workmanship for a period of months from the date of purchase, which period shall vary by product as set forth below (individually, the Warranty Period). In the event of a claim of defect during the Warranty Period, Sears shall, within its exclusive judgment, either repair or replace the defective item. This shall be the exclusive remedy of the purchaser for any defect. This warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or that has been operated in any way contrary to the operation manual. This warranty does not extend to problems resulting from normal wear or by the use of accessories that are incompatible with the products that would adversely affect the operation, performance, or durability of the product. Such normal wear items include, but are not limited to, spark plugs, filters, knobs, blades of all types, bits, clutches, batteries, belts, and starter ropes. Sears reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue models and accessories at any time without notice or obligation to the original purchaser.
