NoBetterDeal.com guarantees your satisfaction 100% and currently offers a 30 Day Return Policy for all items on the website (60 Days for Refurbished items - see below). As we do sell open box and scratch & dent items, we ask that you please check your items for full functionality within 30 days of receipt.
If you receive a damaged/defective/incorrect item or an item that was listed incorrectly (not in the condition that it was listed as), please contact customer service to arrange for your merchandise to be returned to us for a full refund.
Refurbished Product Return Policy
Our Return Policy for Refurbished Products extends the return policy window to 60 days! Please contact customer service within 60 days of the date the item was received to arrange for a return.
Free Return Shipping!
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order or wish to return a product, notify contact customer service within 30 days from the date of delivery and we will arrange prepaid return shipping for you!
**Please note: Any return requested beyond 30 days from date of delivery will not be honored. Free return shipping is not applicable in cases of reseller orders (see Additional Information below, or for TV orders over 32" in size.
Pick Up Item Return Policy
If you have purchased a Pick-Up Item, please inspect the item carefully before leaving the warehouse. If you need to return a pick-up item, please contact customer service for a Return Authorization Form before taking the product back to the warehouse.
Please do not contact the warehouse facility for pickup arrangements.
We have a separate return policy for resellers which only allows certain items to be returned within 48 hours. This clause to our return policy only applies if you are a member of our Reseller Program.
