Have a question about your order status? You order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email may be able to help. If you've placed an order and have not received an order confirmation email, please check your SPAM or junk folder.
You can also get information about orders you have placed and their shipment status from your Order History page if you are a registered user. Access your Order History page from your My Account screen when you are signed into your account.
